Every Workspace in Mod&Dot has limits associated with the owner account's subscription plan:
- A max number of projects
- A max number of workspace users
The account owner always counts as the first user.
If your workspace reaches one of these limits, you can either remove projects or users to make more space or upgrade the workspace's account to get higher limits.
How To Delete Projects
Log in to Mod&Dot, and go to the workspaces page. Click the "Delete Projects" link:
Next, click the large "X" on each project you want to delete. You'll need to confirm each time. Note that deleting projects cannot be undone! There's no way to restore your data once it's deleted.
How To Remove Workspace Users
Removing users from a workspace does not delete their account or any projects or comments they've created. It prevents the user from seeing or publishing projects in your workspace.
How To Upgrade Your Account
The account owner is the only person who can upgrade the workspace to a plan with higher limits. Here's how to do it. Visit the account page, and click "switch plans":
Next, pick a plan with a higher limit, and click the checkout button. Your payment info will take a moment to process, and your new plan limits will be available within a moment.
